DESCRIPTION: EPW - Ulysse Nardin, Locle & Genéve, 49mm, 18K gold OF original case with raised rear detail of a woman seated outdoors and with "Hugenin" signature at lower-left, gold cuvette with 1929 presentation, white enamel SS dial with blue 5-minute numerals, SW-SS, lever escapement, 17J, gilt mvt, s#84110. Gross weight of assembled watch 53.6 dwt (83.4 g).
CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, slight darkening to outer plate edges, few fine scratches to barrel and center bridges near edge adjacent balance cock, visible portion of ratchet wheel with oxide and fine scratch striations from polishing; virtually flawless dial with only a faint orange stain under bezel at 3; fine hands, seconds-hand tail is broken off; case shows little wear, prominent deep dings to band near 7 and 8, some additional lesser dents and dings elsewhere to band, few pinpoint nicks to bezel, rear detail with minor reduction; tight bow, crown shows light wear; good glass crystal.
